International Speech & Table-Topics Contest in Tamil - April 2nd, 2011

Dear friends,

Greetings from Tamil Toastmasters Clubs in the North!

I am happy to announce that we will be organizing the 2nd series of International Speech and

Table-topics contest for Tamil Clubs in Malaysia on Saturday 2nd April 2011 at Disted College, Macalister Road at 1.30pm.

We hope to gather as many Tamil speaking Toastmasters to attend this special event.

On behalf of the organizing committee, I wish to invite you to assist in promoting this contest 

to friends and Tamil language lovers. It is a step forward in reaching our the objectives of 

Toastmasters International.

So far we have lined up twelve contestants for both the contests. They belonged to Clubs in

Penang and Kuala Lumpur. The aspiring organizing committee and helpers are members 

from English speaking Toastmasters Clubs. The Chief Judge is N.J. Singam, ACS, CL from

KL Tamil Club.

Tickets are priced at RM10 each to defray the cost of refreshments and incidentals. Please

contact me for reservation.

Greetings!
I am pleased to announce the much awaited DISTRICT AWARDS as attached . This should inspire each one of us to "do a little bit more" and "walk that extra mile" in improving ourselves further. Whilst many of us are already on the track, these awards should inspire to intensify, so that we could enhance on a timely manner to become a better communicator, leader and contributor to the community .

Let these AWARDS be the driving force for the remainder of the term in 2011. Count DOWN starts and we have exactly 4 months more.

GO GO GO....you can do it ! At times we need a gentle push and fresh inspiration to MOVE ON, in finishing the term with a BANG!
