I hope with this Project Timeline Chart/communication, we all are much more communicated & know well about the direction and what’s happen.
I am excited to meet you all FTF. However, due to timing, work commitment and we are working at different locations. Thus, I decided to get you all well communicated by this simple communication email.
· The HR manager is originally insisted to form a new club for technicians only even already spell out the risk we may be face.
· Upon knowing the fact that the attendance rate is poor & inconsistent for the first few meetings, finally HR manager willing to accept the Speech Craft approach instead of chartering new clubs at this moment.
· District & Division Governors has been very happy with switching this project to Speech Craft.
· There will be a review / assessment of chartering new club for technician in May/June 2011.
Meanwhile, I will and I hope we all will “Achieving Greatness Together” by helping Intel Technicians matching towards the magical transformation in their way.
We will continue the meeting as usual with refer to the time table below.
