FINAL SPRINT - HUMBLE APPEAL

Dearest District 51 Members

 

Greetings !

 

I wish to keep this mail REAL SIMPLE while appealing for your HUMBLE attention. The district appeals for your kind support in the following areas :

 

1) Every Club becomes a Distinguished Club or better by 30Jun11;

2) Continuous recruitment of new members;

3) Renewal of non-renewing members;

4) Accomplishment and timely (immediate) submission of the Educational Awards to TI;

5) New Club Leads ;

6) Inspiration to revive the suspended clubs and the non-paying April dues' clubs;

 

 

What we have in store :

 

A) Existing recognition of a district pin (1+1 CAMPAIGN) for every new member and every new educational achievement;

• Please claim from your AGs or DvGs.

 

 

B) District GREATNESS AWARDS as per our communication on 01Mar11 :

 

i) GREAT CLUB AWARDS

• Select Distinguished Club by 30Jun11;
• 10 new members recruited from 01Jul10 to 30Jun11;
• 6 CCs;
• 3 ACs;

ii) GREAT AREA AWARDS

• 100% of the Area Clubs become Distinguished by 30Jun11;
• Achieves President's Distinguished Area Status;

 

iii) GREAT DIVISION AWARDS

• 100% of the AREAS become Distinguished by 30Jun11;
• Achieves President's Distinguished Division by 30Jun11;

 

iv) GREAT NEW CLUBS ( clubs chartered after 01Jul10 )

• Achieves Distinguished Club Status by 30Jun11;
• Net Growth of 4 members;

 

v) RISING PHOENIX AWARDS ( for clubs with 12 members & below on 01Jul10)

• Achieves Distinguished Club status

 

 

C) NEW AWARDS FOR ACHIEVEMENT BETWEEN 25MAY11 TO 30JUN11

• As per the Attachment

 

 

D) NEW CLUB LEADS

• Anyone who refers a LEAD for a NEW CLUB between 25May11 and 30Jun11 which subsequently gets chartered within the same term will be awarded with a TI/District Shirt; ( pls write to me for us to deploy the resources through DvGs to embark on the chartering process while according the recognition to you)

E) REVIVAL OF THE SUSPENDED CLUBS

• Anyone who walks the extra mile to inspire the suspended CLUBS to update their dues by 31MAY11 will be rewarded with a TI/District Shirt; ( pls write to me advising your efforts in having these clubs to pay their Oct and Apr dues to be back on track for recognition)

 

 

Ample of recognition/awards are in store if we can walk the extra mile to make the difference in the next 36 days!

 

Let Us team-up and joint-efforts to bring GREATNESS to the CLUBs, AREAs, DIVISIONs and DISTRICT while taking pride in our contribution to make District 51 a PRESIDENT'S DISTINGUISHED DISTRICT at its inaugural year as a COUNTRY by itself!
